eGENTING Programming Competition Workshops 2006

One of the most anticipated events of the year is back! The eGENTING Programming Competition 2006. This time it comes with 20% bigger prizes in addition to exciting job opportunities in the software development industry. eGENTING is entering its fifth consecutive year of organising such a well recognised event. The event is supported by Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) and has in the past attracted strong participations from all major institutions of higher learning throughout Malaysia including people trained overseas.

The past eGENTING Programming Competitions have witnessed the birth of some of the most talented programmers in the nation and have demonstrated to all participants the standards they must meet in order to undertake serious software development projects.

In preparation for the 2006 competition, Mr Jonathan Searcy, Senior Vice President of eGENTING Research & Development (Systems) will conduct a series of workshops in University of Malaya in September and October 2006.
