1. The competition is open to everyone under 26 years old on 22 September 2007 except employees of the Genting Group.
    

2. Each job offer is for the position of Programmer in a subsidiary of the Genting Group.
    

3. The jobs will be offered to successful candidates subject to them satisfying the Genting Group's normal employment conditions and being able to accept employment in Singapore.
    

4. If you are one of the winners and are currently an undergraduate, the job will be reserved and made available for you (subject the the conditions mentioned above) upon your graduation.
    

5. The competition is internally administered by Genting International Singapore Services Pte Ltd and the selection of winners is at the sole discretion of Genting International Singapore Services Pte Ltd.
    

6. Only candidates who return a credible* response to the assessment question(s) will be eligible for the prizes.
    

7. Unless otherwise stated, your program may be written in any programming language under any mainstream operating system.
    

8. Genting International Singapore Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to shortlist participants subject to availability of seats and venue.

* For this purpose 'credible' means an answer that solves the problem or would be likely to solve the problem with a little additional work.
